and our family is here for your family!
Dr. Heidi Britt-Sherrock
Dr. Sherrock grew up (and continues) building fence, pulling weeds and baling hay in the Williamsville area. She graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. After several years in shelter and emergency/referral medicine, Sherrock has relished the last few years of general practice and becoming a part of the family of many of her patients and their guardians. She is thankful to steward Hope Veterinary Care and the opportunity to help those in the community. Her caring family consists of her two grown sons: Clay and Kenyon, four cats: Thomas, Emily, Orange and Black, lovable canines: Duke and Petunia and Gilly the goat.
Dr. Sherrock is Fear-Free Certified.
Theresa is our newest addition to the Hope Family but some may recognize her from previous work with Dr. Sherrock. She most recently worked outside of veterinary medicine, but is excited to be back! She is a very welcomed member of the Hope Family. Theresa is married to Tony and they have two very sweet and very energetic boys, Jack and Nico. When not working or chasing around her boys, Theresa loves sports or relaxing on the water. They have a beautiful german shorthair pointer, Scout.
Kayla started with Dr. Sherrock in a previous clinic several years ago. Having grown up in a small town, she found her love for animals on the family farm and through volunteering at local shelters. Kayla found her home with the Hope Family. Kayla and her husband Josh, will be found spending time outdoors unless the Blackhawks or the St Louis Cardinals are playing. They have three fur babies: Cooper, a sweet, yellow lab and Coala, a crazy, hound mix, and JB, the feline queen of the house.
Kayla is Fear-Free Certified.
Kennel Assistant / Receptionist
Sam is an extra pair of hands who loves animals and would do anything to hold peanut butter for your pet or offer some extra comfort. Cows and pigs are her favorite animals. Her family has trusted Dr.Sherrock to care for their pets for years and that eventually led to her joining the Hope Family! Sam can be found drinking coffee, doing homework, or reading in her spare time. Her not-so-fur babies include Niko, a grey and white sphynx cat, and Moonie the sandy colored Bearded Dragon.
