We strive to provide an environment with integrity in medicine, humility in service, honesty in practice and respect to the needs of your pet and your individual circumstances.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed to Hope by one of our team members. We have separate lobbies for our feline friends (no dogs allowed) to the left as soon as you enter or forward to our dog lobby. We will greet you in either lobby and have you fill out our New Client Registration Form if you haven’t already. As you wait your pet will have the chance to acclimate to our facility with calming music, essential oils, and pheromones.
We will then proceed in a manner that is best for your pet and family. We may do the entire visit in the lobby, move to an exam room, or you may wish to leave your pet with us for care while you run errands. We spoil them with peanut butter and treats so feel free to bring them hungry! Depending on their stress level we may take breaks, or recommend multiple visits to earn their trust and make these visits as low stress and enjoyable as possible.
We want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding during these trying times as we have navigated through the pandemic while providing you with the same high-quality Veterinary medicine and professionalism that was delivered prior to our COVID protocols. We have definitely missed seeing each of you in person and are pleased to announce that effective Monday, June 14, 2021 we will move into a hybrid appointment version which is outlined below:
When making an appointment, please let us know if you would like an in-room or curbside appointment or would like to drop off. In room appointments will be limited each day. One person will be allowed in-clinic with the patient and must be wearing a mask appropriately at all times. Please call when you arrive, all appointments will continue to check in via phone. When an exam room is available, the nurse will come and escort you in. Medication, food and non-prescription item pick up will remain curbside. In order to expedite this system, please call, text or use Vitus Vet to request refills and pay the emailed invoice prior to arriving to pick up your food or medication.
Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible for you and your pets.
